Entrances and Exits

The National Art School’s main entrance is at 156 Forbes Street, Darlinghurst. For wheelchair and vehicle access, use our Burton Street entrance. If you’re entering or exiting through Burton Street by wheelchair or on foot, please follow the pedestrian crossing alongside Building 5.

Gallery Spaces

NAS Gallery is fully wheelchair accessible, with the top floor accessible via lift. If you need access to Building 25 Project Space or the Chapel, please contact us before your visit: +61 2 9339 8686 or nasgallery@​nas.​edu.​au

Studio Spaces


Some courses may be held in upstairs studios. If access to stairs is not suitable, please contact us at short.​courses@​nas.​edu.​au or enquiries@​nas.​edu.​au

Toilets

Toilets are located in Building 2 (behind Café NAS) and on the ground floor of Building 11 in the Rayner Hoff Project Space. There is an accessible toilet in Building 3 next to our Security Office (enter via the roadway and turn right to follow the paved section). The Rayner Hoff Project Space has an all-gender, accessible toilet.
