I came to NAS twelve years ago to start my Bachelors degree and I am both proud and privileged to have now finished my Doctorate.  For the last six years I have been working with burned artifacts from the 2020 bushfires, finding new ways to think about and interpret still life images. I am delighted to present my body of work Memento Bushfire for this Postgraduate Show.

Outside of my work for NAS, I live in both Sydney and Hobart on Cadigal and Nipaluna land. My practice moves between photography, painting and textiles, making work that helps me express and celebrate the world around me. In particular, I use things from my everyday life to tell stories of my experiences of the world in paintings and photographs.
