Charlotte Tatton is an emerging artist based in Sydney. Working primarily with oil paint, her practice explores tactile and illusionistic surfaces, drawing on imagery from mid-century magazines, textiles and domestic interiors. Tatton completed a Bachelor of Visual Art at Adelaide Central School of Art in 2021 and is currently completing Honours in painting at the National Art School. She has exhibited at FELTspace and Floating Goose Studios in Adelaide, as well as M Contemporary in Sydney. In 2024, she undertook an international residency at Aviario Studio, Portugal, and was awarded a Guildhouse Catapult mentorship with artist Fran O’Neill.
