NAS alum Zoe Young was featured in The Australian Weekend Review (31 August 2019)
On Boxing Day last year, Australian artist Zoe Young received an email from a Canadian winemaker asking if she might paint a portrait of the man’s brother. There were two important things to note: the subject of the would-be painting was in the final stages of pancreatic cancer, and he also may be someone Young had heard of: the Miles Franklin-winning Australian author Andrew McGahan.
