Drawing Week 2024

Welcome to Drawing Week 2024, the National Art School’s program of intensive drawing workshops for students entering 2^nd or 3^rd year of the BFA, including students who are doing the 3^rd Year Drawing Intensive starting in January.

All students must register as a Second Year or Third Year student for ONE workshop only.

Each workshop offers a distinct focus for drawing over the four days from Tuesday 27 February to Friday 1 March* at the National Art School campus and off-campus sites such as the Sydney Opera House and the State Library of NSW. Each workshop provides scope for students to start the year with a full immersion in the process of making, looking at and thinking about drawing.

*Take note. The ​‘Hill End: Excavations’ workshop runs from Monday 26 February to Thursday 29 February. Participants must arrange travel to Hill End and be ready to commence the workshop on Monday morning.
