NAS Term Two Online Short Courses

We’re thrilled to introduce four new online Short Courses for Term Two 2020.

  1. Contemporary Watercolours with Tanya Baily
  2. Understanding and Applying Colour with Dr David Briggs
  3. The Visual Mind and the Imagination with Kelly-Ann Denton
  4. Sustain Your Painting Practice with Tonee Messiah

All the short courses are taught in real time, with demonstrations, group discussions and individual mentoring. They are delivered directly into your personal studio environment using the Zoom program. Whether you’ve studied in our NAS short courses programs before, or it’s your first time, try one of these new courses to connect to a creative community, develop your art skills and continue your practice from home.

Karatsu ceramicist Yukiko Tsuchiya (@tsuchiyayukiko) and curator Kathryn Hunyor (@artspeople_au) delivered two very special workshops in the teaching studios of the Ceramics Department at the National Art School (NAS), in an exciting collaboration between The Japan Foundation (@jpfsydney), Sydney, the NAS Ceramics Department and the National Art School.
