You should complete this form in order to declare whether you wish to return to the Bachelor of Fine Art or Master of Fine Art course after a period of approved Course Leave.
As places in studio specialisations are limited students on continuous enrolment have priority for studio specialisation allocation. Once continuing students have been allocated we can then allocate returning course leave students to studio specialisations.
Whilst we endeavour to find places for all those who wish to study, we cannot guarantee a studio specialisation places and if place are not immediately available, we may need to operate a waitlist. This process can take some time and places can become available even after the start of semester. However we shall confirm your allocation as soon as we are able. If you are returning from Course Leave for entry into Second or Third Year of the BFA degree, you will also need to complete the appropriate subject selection process in order to be allocated an AHT elective for Semester 1. Some returning Second Year students may also need to be allocated to a Studio Specialisation. You will be sent the appropriate forms by Student Services in due course, once you declare that you will be returning.
Please note that completion of this form does not constitute enrolment.
You will still need to present for enrolment in person during the prescribed enrolment period that is relevant to your year group. All students returning from Course Leave will be registered to receive further information regarding Enrolment for 2023 upon completion and submission of this form.
Students should ensure that they will be available for enrolment for the month of February 2023. Failure to present for enrolment during this time, without prior notification to Student Services, will incur a $200 late enrolment penalty fee.
