Applications for the National Art School’s 2019 international residency programs are now open. Come to Art Forum to hear from 2017-2018 NAS residents at the Onslow Storrier studio at La Cité des Arts Internationale in Paris, and ask them all the questions you have before applying.

• Robin Hearfield completed his MFA in Drawing in 2016, and was resident at La Cité in 2017.
• Dani McKenzie completed her MFA in Painting in 2016, and was resident at La Cité in 2017.
• Drawing Lecturer Pollyxenia Joannou was resident at La Cité in late 2017.
• Gemma Avery completed her MFA (Research) in Painting in 2016, and has recently returned from her residency at La Cité.

La Cité is located on the Right Bank in Rue de L’Hôtel de Ville in the 4th arrondissement overlooking the river Seine, near many commercial and public galleries and only a short walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. There are 270 studios that house artists, musicians and writers from around the world. There are four three-month residencies available in 2019.

Applications for the 2019 international residencies close on Monday 6 August, 5pm.
