NAS NEO: Art in motion
Entertainment and enlightenment at the National Art School after hours
This exciting and diverse after-hours program will take over the inner-city heritage-listed campus for a monthly Thursday night event. NAS NEO is a celebration of Sydney’s incredible creative energy, bringing together multi-disciplinary, artist-driven cultural events in collaboration with the next generation of change-makers, innovators and creators.
The vibrant line-up for the year will include live music, dance, exhibitions, talks, hands-on art workshops, DJs, films and more. And it’s all free, funded by the NSW Government’s Culture Up Late program.
NAS CEO and Director Steven Alderton said, “We are so excited about the return of NAS NEO. On one night in one place, on our beautiful NAS campus in the heart of Darlinghurst, you can engage with live performance art, walk through our amazing exhibitions, chat to an artist, dance to a DJ and create your own art in a hands-on collaborative workshop.”
