Ken Unsworth

Ken Unsworth has shown in various biennials including the 1978
Venice Biennale, 1985 Bienale de Paris, 1995 Istanbul Biennial,
and the Sydney Biennale on six occasions. Exhibiting since 1968,
his career includes the 1984 group show Australian Accent at P.S.1
Contemporary Art Center, New York; Temperature at DAAD Gallery,
Berlin 1987; Magicians de la Terre at the Centre Pompidou, Paris
1989; and a survey of his work at the Art Gallery of New South Wales,
1998; and Truly Madly, a retrospective at the National Gallery of
Victoria in 2018. The 2017 production Restraint(s) is one of his many
collaborations with Australian Dance Artists. He is represented in
national and international collections.
